Job Description
The CNC Team Lead - 3rd shift is responsible for leading day-to-day production and quality control activities within the value stream cell, adhering to the company's culture and safety standards.
Requirements
- Leading day-to-day production and quality control activities within the value stream cell
- Conforming to the company's culture and safety standards
- Aiding and overseeing the production of individualized dental prosthetic products
- Operating multiple types of machines with proficiency
- Managing infrequently occurring situations based on existing precedents and experience
- Completing full major set up for two or more types of machines
- Monitoring set up activities of self and others and identifying areas that could improve in efficiency
- Performing advanced troubleshooting on machines and complex production problems
- Replacing tools, presetting tools in their holders, and identifying tool condition
- Performing tool offsets to make a part according to specification
