Human Resources Director, North America, Orthodontics

The Human Resources Director partners with the Ormco Commercial, Operations & Corporate functions within North America to support Ormco’s continuing growth, working on strategic talent initiatives, talent management, talent attraction and development, performance management, and employee relations.

Requirements

• Partner with business leaders to shape and execute business strategy
• Lead people engagement and culture initiatives
• Design, lead, and facilitate organizational effectiveness initiatives
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on internal and external recruiting efforts
• Provide expert guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
