Job Description
The Marketing Manager role is pivotal in bolstering the North American marketing team's initiatives, focusing on downstream marketing activities. This includes media and ad execution, dealer partner marketing execution, special markets support, sales support, events support, clinical education support, and leadership & team oversight.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with the dental industry, marketing and events, and B2B sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and Showpad
- Previous leadership or people-management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team
- Experience managing workloads, setting priorities, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results
