Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Nobel Biocare and take ownership of customer relationships in the Western region of Austria. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales and service goals within your territory, promoting and selling our products and solutions to dental clinics and laboratories.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the health sector; experience in dental and/or medical devices or consumables is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in an international company is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of CRM systems, sales processes, and related tools.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Fluent/native German and strong English language skills.
• Proven ability to conduct solution‐oriented sales, including deal closure and commercial agreements (e.g., cross‐selling across product lines).
