Sr. Cost Accountant

The Sr. Cost Accountant role is responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing inventory valuation and manufacturing costs for multiple manufacturing sites in Mexico and U.S. plant.

Requirements

• Provide cost and inventory accounting support to manufacturing plants in Mexico and the United States, ensuring consistent application of costing and inventory policies.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory movements, and production variances to ensure accurate inventory valuation and financial reporting.
• Own and support multi-site inventory accounting processes, including reconciliations, adjustments, excess and obsolete reserves, and cycle count variance analysis.
