Job Description
The Sr. FP&A Analyst plays a key role in driving the organization’s financial performance by independently preparing, analyzing, and interpreting complex financial data. This role partners closely with cross-functional and operational leaders to evaluate results, identify insights, assess risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision making. This unique position will also support Investor Relations, playing a key role in the company’s communications with Wall Street analysts as well as current and potential investors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant finance or FP&A experience
- Strong experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial planning processes
- Working knowledge of SOX, controls and procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
