The Electrical Supervisor assists the electrical team in troubleshooting and repair of electrical, controls, and mechanical aspects of production and facilities equipment. The role involves leading a team of electricians, managing shift schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety practices and principles.
Requirements
- At least two years of manufacturing experience
- At least four years of electrical experience
- Must demonstrate an electrical aptitude and experience working with high voltages (480V to 4160V)
- Ability to carry out operations safely and efficiently
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in basic computer knowledge
- Ability to interpret sketches, blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
- Ability to interpret, illustrate, and apply regulation codes and rules
- Willingness to maintain and enforce strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including safety equipment
