• Directs, supervises, and motivates all line supervisory functions
• Provides necessary vehicles for communication between production staff and plant management
• Responsible for hourly new hire recruiting and administration
• Appraises performance of supervisory staff
• Ensures compliance with workplace safety programs and implements best manufacturing practices
• Develops production schedules and duty assignments
• Monitors every stage of production and analyzes current methods
• Initiates and implements programs to control inventory and improve efficiency
