Job Description
Envolve Community Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to assist the Community Manager in daily on-site management and operations at Forest Glenn Apartment Community in Kansas City, Kansas.
Requirements
- Assist in directing and supervision of leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff
- Rent collection and posting
- Actively work on collecting delinquent rent
- Process invoices
- Complete Move Out Inspections
- Assist in answering phones and tending to vendor and resident requests
- Entering work orders
- Update Make Readies in Yardi
