Job Description
Envolve Community Management, LLC is a company that owns and professionally manages apartment communities in the southeastern United States. We are seeking a Community Manager to work at Victory Village Apartments in Portsmouth, VA.
Requirements
- Manage and direct on-site staff
- Lead leasing and marketing activities
- Market analysis
- Resident relations
- Prepare and manage property budgets
- Tax Credit knowledge
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Experience with OneSite, Yardi and/or eSite preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent; some college strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager required
