Job Description
Envolve Community Management, LLC is seeking a full-time leasing consultant/office assistant to work at one of our apartment communities in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of lease agreements, HUD/HAP experience, and Tax Credit experience.
Requirements
- Complete knowledge of lease agreements
- HUD/HAP experience
- Tax Credit experience
- Bilingual is beneficial
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Leasing experience is preferred
- Basic office skills such as faxing, typing, and filing
- Background Screening and Drug Test Required
