Job Description
Maintenance Technician sought to perform general maintenance and repairs, apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor at an apartment community in Forsyth, GA.
Requirements
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- HVAC certification (preferred)
- Three plus years of Maintenance Technician experience
