We are looking for a superstar Operations Specialist to serve as the frontline person at our office. The role will involve conducting independent verification of freight invoices, reviewing credit history, and providing customer service support.

Requirements

• Business related course graduate
• Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration functions and customer service
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite)
• 1 + year(s) of general bookkeeping experience
• 1+ year (s) in transportation/freight management or related field
• Familiarity with credit assessment and collections is a plus
