Agile Project Manager

Envoy Global is a proven innovator in the global immigration space. We are looking for a driven Agile Project Manager to join us full-time, leading small to mid-sized Agile projects and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Lead end to end small to mid-sized projects with defined scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Proactively identify, track, and escalate project risks and issues across multiple teams.
• Develop and maintain project documentation.
• Prepare and deliver status updates to senior leadership.
• Track progress using Agile tools such as Jira/JPD and ensure adherence to quality standards and Agile best practices.
• Champion continuous improvement in project delivery practices, tools, and methodologies.
