Field Service Engineer - North Carolina

We are seeking a highly skilled UPS Field Engineer to commission, maintain, and provide emergency support for power electronics at customer sites in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting equipment and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Conducts commissioning-focused design reviews, prepares test procedures and reports, and oversees on-site testing.
• Performs preventive maintenance, emergency response, equipment start-up, and field modifications.
• Coordinates with technical support to resolve maintenance or operational issues.
• Assists in developing Methods of Procedures (MOPs).
• Reports to a supervisor for any unusual issues or developments.
• Trains periodically at company headquarters on testing equipment and rebuilding systems.
• Completes Field Service Reports promptly and provides proactive recommendations to clients.
