Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of key capabilities within Eon's Intelligent Care Platform. In this role, you'll shape how clinicians, navigators, and care teams use Eon's intelligent system to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of product management experience
• At least 2+ years in healthcare technology, clinical software, or health data platforms
• Proven ability to analyze complex healthcare workflows and translate them into product requirements
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, EMR/EHR workflows, or interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, etc.)
• Experience working with analytics tools and agile tools
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
