The Senior AV Solutions Engineer provides technical leadership and strategic oversight to engineers, ensuring delivery of enterprise-class AV solutions across the global footprint.
Requirements
- 7+ yearsâ experience in AV system design, room integration, and project/program management.
- Deep expertise in AV system functionality, integration, programming, and advanced techniques.
- Proficiency with Office365, project management platforms, CAD, and enterprise collaboration tools.
- Extensive knowledge of video networks, video over IP, switching, DSPs, audio distribution, and control processors.
- Proven ability to lead large, complex projects with global scope.
- Strong problem-solving skills, agile under pressure, with exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to interpret and apply technical documents including engineering and architectural designs, timelines, acoustical reports, and construction documents.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and provide executive-level reporting.
- Experience mentoring and developing engineering talent.
