Job Description
The Assistant Chief Engineer is responsible for managing the Engineering department at the Kingston Resorts, ensuring standards and objectives are implemented and maintained, and meeting guest expectations. The position involves conducting applicant screening, staff training, and supervising employees to ensure quality performance and adherence to building codes and standards.
Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple functions
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Excellent communication and human relations skills
- Must have strong computer skills
- Knowledge of hotel maintenance including, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, etc.
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance or similar management experience
