Room Attendant

Room attendants are responsible for cleaning and properly preparing guest room, spa and public areas, ensuring the highest standards of quality for our guests.

Requirements

• Keep the guest rooms clean and tidy
• Restock guest room supplies and amenities.
• Maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests.
• Accommodate guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Develop the ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
• Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings
• Communicate to management any occurrences involving staff or guests in the hotel that require attention
• Comply with LASR attendance policy.
