Server

Serve food and beverage to guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner, resulting in high guest satisfaction. Greet and engage guests, record orders accurately, and present legible and accurate guest checks. Deliver food promptly, serve hot food hot and cold food cold, and include appropriate condiments.

Requirements

• Check the station before, during, and after shifts for proper set-up and cleanliness.
• Greet guests promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Record food and beverage orders from the guest accurately, repeating information back to the guest and using a guest check/ticket.
• Present legible and accurate guest checks/tickets to the kitchen and provide additional information regarding the order as necessary.
• Check completed orders for accuracy before serving.
