Spa Coordinator

The Spa Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experience at the spa. The right candidate will have a strong background in customer service and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a guest facing customer service role
• Spa experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and respond in a timely fashion
