Job Description
The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for the successful management of projects focused on leveraging technology in manufacturing companies to automate and transform business processes, improve visibility, enable the workforce, and improve operational agility, quality, and productivity.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Management, or Engineering from an accredited college/university
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing projects
- Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow up
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sufficient technical knowledge to enable clear understanding and efficient communication between technical engineers and customer stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead through others and influence outside of direct reporting lines
- Willingness to work beyond core business hours when necessary to minimize business interruption during planned or unplanned system modifications
- Successful completion of drug screen and background check
