Drilling & Completions Fluids Advisor

Design and manage drilling/completion fluid programs, provide real-time technical advice, and optimize fluid properties. Conduct audits, monitor reports, and participate in HSE programs.

Requirements

• 20 years of experience in Drilling & Completions fluids design, engineering and operations
• 5 years of HTHP experience
• Proven operator-side experience in the North Malay Basin and/or JDA area
• Tertiary qualification in engineering or equivalent work experience
• Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal and writing skills
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
