HSE Advisor

Develops and implements HSE program, conducts risk assessments, and trains team to ensure compliance with regulations and foster a strong safety culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of HSE experience in Wells operations
• Minimum 5 years of experience on HTHP (or minimum 5 HTHP wells)
• Strong understanding of HSE legislation and standards
• Proven operator-side experience in the North Malay Basin and/or JDA area
• Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal and writing skills in English
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
