Safety Coach

Responsible for fostering a proactive safety culture as the key wellsite mentor and compliance officer, supporting the offshore leadership team. Key responsibilities include observing operations, coaching and mentoring personnel on safe behaviors, ensuring HSE compliance, and implementing safety programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience at wellsite in Wells operations
• Strong understanding of HSE legislation and standards
• Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal and writing skills in English
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
