Requirements

• Setting up the solventless adhesive laminator
• Running production of the laminator
• Cleaning and maintenance of the machine
• Ability to read rulers
• Ability to read and understand gauges
• Ability to use a micrometer
• Understanding of lamination process
• Good communication skills
• Multiple machine qualifications
• Outstanding troubleshooting skills
• Good judgment with decision making in regards to Safety and Quality
• Ability to complete production related documentation
• Excellent team skills
• Ability to work additional overtime
• Self-motivated and ability to make decisions
