Job Description
ePay is a payment provider expanding into multiple countries, offering a flexible platform for trading partners. They are seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to advise senior management on legal matters, personnel development, performance management, and change processes, leveraging the Digital Payment Unit of Euronet Worldwide. The HR Business Partner acts as a bridge between business and HR, supporting the company culture and driving business impact.
Requirements
- Consulting expertise: Degree with HR or equivalent qualification
- HR experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR Business Partner or comparable role
- Labor law & consulting: Confidence in dealing with labor regulations
- Project & change skills: Hands-on mentality, high initiative and execution strength
- Team & communication: Team player with strong social competence
- German and English communication: C1 level
- Portuguese language skills: Ability to travel to Martinsried 3-4 days/week
