The Epirus Industrial Explosives SA is seeking an Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to join its Human Resources team. The successful candidate will analyze equipment faults, apply reliability methodologies, and monitor equipment performance data.

Requirements

• Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance or reliability role in an industrial environment
• Ability to use OEE software and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance techniques and tools (e.g. vibration analysis, thermography)
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent English language proficiency
