SAP HCM Berater - Kundenservice / HR / Consulting (m/w/d)

We are looking for an SAP HCM Consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will be involved in analysis, consulting, and conception of complex HR landscapes, optimize and digitalize HR processes with our customers, and lead part and overall projects.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in the conception and implementation of SAP HCM
• Customizing experiences in the modules PA, PY, OM, and/or PT
• Good understanding of personnel processes
• High commitment and team orientation
• Well-developed communication ability
• Conversationally secure German and good English knowledge
