Join EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants as an Assistant Client Manager- P&C accounts. Support servicing and administration of Property & Casualty insurance accounts while developing foundational knowledge of insurance operations, client service, and agency systems.
Requirements
- Process certificates of insurance and auto ID cards
- Follow up on notices of cancellation
- Manage policy change requests and endorsements
- Assist with renewal policy issuance and renewal proposals
- Prepare binders and invoices
- Obtain loss runs and premium finance quotes
- Run MVRs and internal reports
- Create loss summary tracking and policy checklists
- Prepare ACORD applications
- Perform online rating for small business accounts
- Process applications, policies, endorsements, schedules, certificates, audits, and related documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain timely and accurate invoicing and monthly expirations
- Follow workflows and quality standards within the agency management system
- Update client and policy information in Sagitta
- Post documents to the EPIC client portal
- Maintain paperless filing standards
