
Job description
The Client Coordinator works with the Client Executive and/or Client Manager to assist with the maintenance of a client's employee benefits program and the day-to-day service of the account. The role involves assisting with the marketing process, preparing benefits spreadsheets, and servicing the day-to-day needs of the client and its employees.
Serve as day-to-day client contact, manage claim issues and escalations, facilitate/lead ongoing weekly client calls, analyze client health & welfare plans, review RFP results, and maintain client activity per project plan.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, time management abilities, and ability to multi-task and assign priorities. They will also have good interpersonal communication skills and experience with agency management systems and HR portals.
