Client Manager- P&C Accounts

The Client Manager-P&C Accounts role requires a hybrid work schedule out of the San Francisco, CA office 2 days a week. The position involves serving as the primary expert resource and first point of contact for clients, conducting market comparisons, strategizing with clients, and negotiating premium and commission rates on their behalf. The role also involves mentoring and supporting team members, establishing and maintaining high levels of trust and confidence with clients, and analyzing client and market data to prepare insurance renewal options.

Requirements

• Valid State Property and Casualty License
• Valid State Driver’s License
• Microsoft Office computer software applications (word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software)
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
