Commercial Insurance Sr. Client Manager

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Sr. Client Manager to join their ESPI Programs Division. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of commercial insurance marketing/placement/brokering experience and strong client and carrier-facing skills. The role requires a hybrid work schedule out of the Chicago office and involves managing client service needs, coordinating renewal and new business activities, and ensuring accurate policy administration.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of commercial insurance marketing/placement/brokering experience
• Client and carrier-facing skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in Sagitta, ImageRight, Broker Buddha, and PowerBroker AI
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
