Marketing Content Engineer

Join EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants and become a Marketing Content Engineer. You will design and implement content workflows, create compelling content, and lead content governance and quality. The role is hybrid with 3 days per week in-office in one of the offices: Atlanta (Sandy Springs), GA; Chicago, IL; or San Ramon, CA. Remote work is also an option for well-qualified candidates.

Requirements

• 5+ years in editorial and writing roles, content strategy or communications
• Demonstrated copywriting expertise, with strong command of tone, clarity, narrative structure, and messaging hierarchy
• Hands-on experience with AI content tools, automated content workflows, and structured content systems
• Strong understanding of content governance and brand voice
• Systems thinking mindset and ability to design scalable content operations
