Job Description
EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Policy Owner Services Specialist to join their team in New Castle, PA. The ideal candidate will have high-level customer service skills, superior attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- High-level customer service skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and balance demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Word
