Join our team at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants as a Private Client Relationship Manager/Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Private Client customers, providing professional advice, and demonstrating advocacy for the client at all times. You will work as a team with other Private Client Relationship Managers and Account Managers to achieve our goals and grow our private client practice.
Requirements
- College graduate or experience equivalent
- Possession and Maintenance of a resident state broker's license
- Holds or is pursuing an insurance industry designation such as CPCU, CIC, AAI
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to elicit team buy-in on new strategic endeavors
- Ability to offer constructive feedback to team members
- Accepts full ownership of issues and follows through to completion
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Articulate, strong oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities consistently
