We are looking for a Team Lead of Gameplay Programming to lead the Gameplay Teams within Rocket League. You will lead the Gameplay Programming Team and play a key role in the development of features for upcoming seasons.

Requirements

• Professional experience in video game development, including the release of AAA titles
• Experience in leading a Gameplay Programming team for published AAA titles
• Solid mastery of C++ and ability to design and integrate gameplay mechanics and tools
• Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills
• Experience working on a live-service game
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in multi-platform development, a plus
• Passion for video games, a plus
