We're seeking a senior AI designer to join our multidisciplinary development team and contribute to shaping the future of interactive entertainment at Epic. You'll be responsible for defining the design vision for AI-focused features and collaborating with other teams to deliver high-quality player experiences.

Requirements

• Experience delivering multiple AAA games as a designer
• Experience in AI development in a highly system-driven environment
• Experience with creating behavior trees and using visual scripting
• Creative approach capable of surprising and delighting players with new ideas and experiences
• Ability to understand players, their motivations, and how they interact with the game
• Team spirit and solid communication skills, both verbal and written
