Requirements

• Designing tools, techniques, and animation behavior approaches that enable the creation of complex movement systems
• Designing and implementing state machines, animation behaviors, and real-time execution solutions
• Collaborating with animation, design, and programming teams to analyze, diagnose, and resolve animation implementation issues and technical animation challenges
• Working closely with the animation leadership to maintain the visual style and quality standards of the game's animations
• Identifying opportunities to improve animation processes and workflows, and proposing solutions to technical animation problems
