Junior Recruiter

Epic Staffing Group is seeking a Junior Recruiter to manage initial candidate contact and engagement, leading to a warm handoff to a Recruiter. The position follows a night shift schedule and operates under a remote work setup with some days required on-site.

Requirements

• One year of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or outbound calls.
• A college degree can substitute for experience.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language.
• Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job's impact to the organization.
