Requirements

• Proactive and energetic mindset
• High-level communication and problem-solving skills
• Two to five years of Locums Tenens recruiting experience
• Two years of sales/staffing experience
• Ability to work independently and proactively accomplish goals
• Knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies, procedures, and jobs’ impact on the organization
• Ability to work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role
