Job Description
We're rapidly becoming one of Greece's largest SaaS companies, serving 12,000+ companies and 22+ million learners worldwide with solutions like TalentLMS, eFront, TalentCards, and TalentHR. We're searching for a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A function and support the company’s continued growth.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related analytical roles.
- Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, modeling).
- Proven experience in financial modeling - revenue models, forecasting, scenario modeling.
- Understanding of SaaS metrics and subscription economics (MRR, ARR, Churn, NRR, LTV/CAC, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a scale-up environment with evolving processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics
