Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our talent acquisition strategy by partnering with the People & Culture team and Hiring Managers to attract and hire high-caliber talent across operational and corporate functions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search, ideally within biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or fast-paced startup environments
• Proven experience in direct sourcing and talent identification across commercial, operational, and corporate functions, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and current recruitment market trends and best practices
