Requirements
- MD or BS degree in a relevant scientific field (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related); background in Neurology, Cardiovascular, Nephrology is a plus
- Experience in Medical Sales, Medical Engagement, or a related healthcare-facing role, with prior people leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- Strong understanding of scientific exchange and relationship-building with healthcare professionals
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluent English and the ability to build credibility and rapport with US-based stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead by example, maintain high working standards, and ensure strong attention to detail and quality
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams
