Job Description
The Fabricator/Welder role is responsible for operating cranes, fabricating product, and maintaining welding tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner to achieve quality and production standards. The role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in heavy-duty machining/manufacturing environment, ability to read tape measure and blueprints, and demonstrated skill level of wire feed (MIG) welding.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in heavy duty machining/manufacturing environment, preferred
- Ability to read tape measure and blueprints
- Demonstrated skill level of wire feed (MIG) welding
- Ability to read and understand work order routings and instructions
- Ability to layout parts using weld fixtures
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills
