Heavy Duty Equipment Technician/Mechanic

Epiroc is seeking a Heavy Duty Equipment Technician/Mechanic to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, diagnosing, and repairing heavy-duty mining equipment, while working with safety as a top priority. The position requires a minimum of two to three years of related experience within the mining industry, a Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certificate/License, and a valid vehicle driver’s license.

Requirements

• Perform equipment service, troubleshooting and repairs
• Work on surface and underground Epiroc equipment
• Conduct machine audits/inspections as required
• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Develop and maintain a positive customer experience
• Daily time entry and technical reporting as required
• Daily shift reports
• Participate in company training opportunities
• Work within and promote a supportive and innovative team culture
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform other relevant tasks and duties as assigned by the manager
