Machinist

We are looking for a CNC Machinist to operate multi-axis CNC Mills and Lathes to manufacture complex parts and tools. The ideal candidate will have high school or two-year diploma, experience with machined parts, and knowledge of CNC Milling and Turning Equipment.

Requirements

• Operate multi-axis CNC Mills and Lathes to manufacture complex parts and tools
• Evaluate tool wear, make offsets, and load/unload parts in machine
• Load raw materials, replace cutting tools, and follow setup procedures for CNC operations
• Check product specs, handle nonconforming products, and complete production documentation
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
• Close shop orders and follow production schedules for timely part delivery
• Adhere to safety protocols, including PPE use, and maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S standards
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers and Design Engineering to ensure manufacturability
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
• Safely handle materials using hoists, cranes, forklifts, and lifting devices
• Perform daily autonomous maintenance on equipment
