The role involves commissioning new equipment, providing quality after-sales technical support, and developing the competencies of customers and internal personnel. The successful applicant will have a strong commitment to working safely and excellent technical skills.

Requirements

• Australian recognised trade certificate
• Experience in Technical Support or Drill Fitter role
• Expert level Epiroc product knowledge
• Previous experience delivering technical and product familiarity training
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prepare comprehensive documentation
