Product Specialist - TME

Epiroc is looking for a proactive and self-motivated Product Specialist to join their dynamic and expanding Product Support team. The successful applicant will have a strong background in technical product support and be responsible for commissioning new equipment, providing quality after sales technical support, and sharing technical knowledge to customers and internal personnel.

Requirements

• Australian recognised trade certificate
• Experience in a similar Technical Support or Drill Fitter role
• Expert level Epiroc product knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills
• Previous experience delivering technical and product familiarity training
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prepare comprehensive documentation
• Flexibility to travel frequently and at times with short notice
