Job Description
RCT is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large business strategic projects, ensuring successful execution and meeting financial, scheduling, and quality targets. The role involves supervising project teams, mentoring, and fostering positive relationships with customers and external providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Electrical (low voltage), or related field
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience, including leadership of complex projects
- Strong leadership skills and ability to be a team player
- Ambition, drive, and energy to achieve outstanding results
- Strong numerical and literacy skills and ability to think laterally to solve complex problems
- Innovative mindset and ability to think laterally to quickly problem solve, together with flexibility and willingness to adapt to and embrace change
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with ambiguity, prioritizing changing deadlines while focused on business and customer experience
